Broker Connection

My broker isn't showing up: We support 900+ brokers via SnapTrade. If yours isn't listed, email us and we'll look into adding it.
Connection failed: Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If the issue persists, your broker may be experiencing temporary API downtime.
Trades aren't syncing: After connecting, trades can take up to 60 seconds to import. Pull down to refresh on the Home screen.

I can't sign in: Try resetting your password via the sign-in screen. If you're still locked out, email us with the email address you signed up with.
Delete my account: Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
Change my email: Email us from your current account email and we'll update it manually.

Is my data safe? Yes. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. Broker connections are read-only via SnapTrade (SOC 2 Type 2 certified). We can never access your money or execute trades.
Can I export my data? Data export is coming soon. In the meantime, email us and we'll provide your data within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Voice notes: Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Is Zelta free? Yes, completely free during the beta. No credit card required.
What happens after beta? When we introduce paid plans, beta users will be grandfathered with preferential access. We take care of early supporters.
Is there an Android version? Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Join the waitlist on our homepage to get notified.
